If you play for the club or have children registered, sign in with that account. Otherwise create a guardian account — you don't need to add any children. Use the email address you gave the club so your team is linked automatically.
This account is not set up as a team manager or coach.
Managers and coaches are linked to their teams by email address. Ask the club admin to add to your team. If you have only just created this account, check your inbox and confirm your email address first.
Club policies that managers and coaches need to read and accept. When the club updates a policy you'll be asked to read it again. Your acceptance is recorded with the date.

Incidents
Record any injury, illness or other incident at training or a match, as soon as you can afterwards. It goes to the club welfare officer, and the team's managers and coaches can see it here. A report can't be changed once it's filed, but notes can be added. A worry about a child's welfare is a safeguarding concern, not an incident: use Raise a safeguarding concern, which only the welfare officer can read.

Fines
Fines the club has passed on to your players, such as for yellow and red cards. The family is emailed a link to pay, and so are you: either of you can pay it (for example from team funds), and it only needs paying once. Everyone is emailed when it's been paid. If a fine still isn't paid 14 days after it was sent, the player is suspended from training and matches until it is: please don't select them.
Team fines are for the team as a whole, such as for the matchday app not being completed correctly or an unregistered player. They're for you to pay, for example from team funds.
